This is a one evening seminar (2.5 hours) to provide a taste of the 30 hour comprehensive Wine for Chefs course offered.  Come out and get a sense for some of the wines styles; wine and food pairings and cooking with wine lessons offered.

You will sample 5 wines and 5 food pairings and at least 2 dishes made with wine.  You'll even be able to compare one dish replicated with 2 different wines.
