Wine Appreciation Evening

These are fun and interactive evenings that explore the world of wine. There will be an overview of the components that contribute to the growing and making of quality wines. The emphasis will be on understanding different wine styles, a little bit about pairing food and wine, and how to taste like a pro. At least five different wines will be tasted, discussed and compared. Participants will walk away with a new appreciation of wine as well as the language to describe it.
